1. 요약(Abstract)
This research aims to utilize existing autonomous driving services and Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) infrastructure to rapidly provide autonomous mobility services. By offering a variety of autonomous driving services to both tourists visiting Jeju and local residents, the goal is to provide experiences in autonomous driving. Additionally, the research involves the production and operation of diverse autonomous vehicles to accumulate technological expertise, apply new technologies, and enhance awareness of autonomous driving by providing autonomous vehicle services that utilize both new and existing C-ITS systems.
본 연구는 기존 자율주행 서비스와 C-ITS(Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems) 인프라를 활용해 자율주행 서비스를 신속하게 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제주를 방문하는 관광객과 지역 주민 모두에게 다양한 자율주행 서비스를 제공함으로써 자율주행 경험을 제공하겠다는 목표다. 또한, 다양한 자율주행차를 생산·운영해 기술 전문성을 축적하고, 신기술을 적용하며, 신규 및 기존 C-ITS 시스템을 활용한 자율주행차 서비스를 제공함으로써 자율주행에 대한 인식을 제고하는 연구도 진행하고 있다.
