1. 요약(Abstract)
To promote policy development, technology development, and education support for marine transportation safety based on data, it is necessary to introduce a smart marine safety big data platform as infrastructure. Therefore, as an agency overseeing the safety of Korea’s oceans, relevant agencies integrate data and develop various services to provide integrated marine safety services.
The development of various indices and indicators to improve safety awareness and reduce accidents, including marine transportation safety, is necessary. The efficient utilization of ship inspection data accumulated over 40 years and the convergence of relevant agency data support the streamlining of ship inspection work and the development of policies and technologies to reduce marine transportation accidents.
해양교통안전을 위한 정책개발, 기술개발, 교육지원 등을 데이터 기반에 근거하여 추진하기 위한 인프라로써, 스마트 해양안전 빅데이터 플랫폼 도입 필요함. 따라서 우리나라 해양의 안전을 총괄하는 기관으로서 해양안전 통합 서비스 제공을 위해 유관기관 데이터 통합하고 다양한 서비스를 개발함.
해양교통안전 등 안전 의식 제고 및 사고 저감을 위한 다양한 지수 및 지표 개발 필요함. 40여년 동안 축적한 선박검사 데이터의 효과적 활용과 유관기관 데이터 융복합에 의해 선박검사 업무 효율화 및 해양교통 사고 저감 정책, 기술 개발을 지원함.
