1. 요약(Abstract)
This research, supported by the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, is based on the development and practical demonstration of modified electric vehicle (EV) technologies, along with research outcomes related to business model exploration. Analyses were conducted on the feasibility and practicality of new business models associated with the EV-related industry. Additionally, solutions were proposed to address various challenges in the EV domain, including issues with the management of EV charging stations, awareness and insufficient coverage of recycling EV components, and the need to enhance the local manufacturing base. These proposals aim to be reflected in policies for implementation.
본 연구는 제주특별자치도의 지원을 받아 사업모델 탐색과 관련된 연구성과와 함께 전기차 개조 기술개발 및 실증에 기반을 두고 있다. 전기차 관련 산업과 관련된 새로운 사업모델의 실현가능성과 실용성에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 전기차 충전소 관리 문제, 재활용 전기차 부품에 대한 인식 및 커버리지 부족, 지역 제조기반 강화 필요성 등 전기차 분야의 다양한 과제를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 제안은 실행을 위한 정책에 반영하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
