1. 요약(Abstract)
This research, supported by the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, is aimed at securing key technologies for the development and practical demonstration of modified electric vehicles (EVs) from internal combustion engine passenger vehicles. It proposes new business strategies for fostering ventures in the modification and tuning of EVs based on the acquired technologies, with a focus on promoting the EV-related industry. Additionally, the reseach suggests a tuning industrial model for retrofitted electric vehicles in tourist destinations and presents new business approaches targeting the electric vehicle aftermarket, intending for these proposals to be strategically incorporated into policies.
제주특별자치도가 지원하는 이번 연구는 내연기관 승용차에서 개량형 전기차(EV) 개발 및 실증을 위한 핵심기술 확보를 목표로 한다. 전기차 관련 산업 육성에 중점을 두고, 확보한 기술을 바탕으로 전기차 개조 및 튜닝 벤처 육성을 위한 새로운 사업 전략을 제안한다. 또한, 이번 연구에서는 관광지에서 개조된 전기 자동차에 대한 튜닝 산업 모델을 제안하고, 전기 자동차 애프터마켓을 대상으로 한 새로운 비즈니스 접근 방식을 제시하며 이러한 제안이 정책에 전략적으로 반영될 수 있도록 노력하고 있다.
