Zixuan Xu and Shi Ye Receive Best Lightning Talk Award at CICTP 2026

We are delighted to congratulate Zixuan Xu and Shi Ye, PhD candidates in HFACTS, on receiving the Best Lightning Talk Award at CICTP 2026, the 26th COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals.

The conference was held in Jinan, China, drawing transportation researchers and professionals from around the world to share recent advances in mobility research. Their HFACTS work on driving safety spans vision-language models for hazard reasoning and a copula-based framework for evaluating driver behavior.
